<h4 data-start="385" data-end="439"><strong>Seasonings (adjust to taste):</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li data-start="442" data-end="472"><strong>1 tablespoon olive oil </strong></li>
<li data-start="475" data-end="503"><strong>1 teaspoon ground cumin </strong></li>
<li data-start="506" data-end="555"><strong>1/2 teaspoon of paprika or chili powder </strong></li>
<li data-start="558" data-end="601"><strong>1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) </strong></li>
<li data-start="604" data-end="635"><strong>Salt and black pepper to taste</strong></li>
<li data-start="638" data-end="699"><strong>Soy sauce or lemon juice (optional, to enhance the flavor)</strong></li>
</ul>
<h4 data-start="706" data-end="729"><strong>Preparation:</strong></h4>
<p><strong>Prepare the tofu:<br data-start="755" data-end="758"/>Drain the tofu and squeeze it gently to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes. For a crispier texture, brown the tofu cubes in a skillet over medium heat until they are lightly browned.</strong><br/><br/></p>
<p>Sauté the vegetables:<br data-start="1023" data-end="1026"/>In a hot skillet with a little oil, sauté the thinly sliced onion, then add the bell peppers. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.</p>
<p>Add the tofu and spices:<br data-start="1197" data-end="1200"/>Stir in the diced tofu and all the seasonings. Sauté gently to coat the tofu evenly, without crushing it. Let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.</p>
<p>Add the quinoa (optional):<br data-start="1432" data-end="1435"/>If you&#8217;re using cooked quinoa, add it at this point and stir.</p>
<p>Assembling the wraps:<br data-start="1538" data-end="1541"/>Divide the filling among the warm tortillas. You can add avocado, yogurt sauce, green salad, or other toppings of your choice.</p> </div>
